Welcome to Lāna`i Community Health Center

The Lāna'i Community Health Center’s mission is to take care of the community of Lāna`i by directly providing health services (primary care, dental, behavioral health and selected specialty services) to the community; providing activities and services through partnerships with local organizations as well as the many off-island organizations reaching out to Lāna`i by serving as coordinator, advocate, resource, initiator, and convener;
and working collaboratively to provide space for partners who can provide needed services for Lāna`i.

2022 AlohaCare Scholarship

DEADLINE EXTENDED!

Apply today if you are:

An AlohaCare member OR an immediate family member of an AlohaCare member
Looking to pursue a career in health services

Applicants of all circumstances are welcome – returning to school after a break, parents seeking career opportunities, etc.

You could receive $5,000 for educational expenses! At least one recipient will be chosen from Kaua`i, Maui, Moloka`i, Lana`i and Hawai`i Island with at least three (3) recipients chosen from O`ahu.
