The Lāna'i Community Health Center’s mission is to take care of the community of Lāna`i by directly providing health services (primary care, dental, behavioral health and selected specialty services) to the community; providing activities and services through partnerships with local organizations as well as the many off-island organizations reaching out to Lāna`i by serving as coordinator, advocate, resource, initiator, and convener;
and working collaboratively to provide space for partners who can provide needed services for Lāna`i.

Albert Mah is a pre-doctoral psychology intern with LCHC and I Ola Lahui Rural Behavioral health. He earned his Bachelors of Arts degree in Psychology at the University of Hawai’i at Manoa. He also completed his Master’s degree in Clinical Psychology and is currently completing his Ph.D. in Clinical Psychology at the University of Hawai’i at Manoa. In addition, he has experience in providing a broad array of empirically-supported modular cognitive-behavioral and parent management therapies to under served families and youth with a broad array of diagnoses (e.g., anxiety, mood, inattention, disruptive behavior) across school, home, and community settings. In his free time, Albert enjoys ulua fishing, watching movies, and cooking.
