Welcome to Lāna`i Community Health Center

The Lāna'i Community Health Center’s mission is to take care of the community of Lāna`i by directly providing health services (primary care, dental, behavioral health and selected specialty services) to the community; providing activities and services through partnerships with local organizations as well as the many off-island organizations reaching out to Lāna`i by serving as coordinator, advocate, resource, initiator, and convener;
and working collaboratively to provide space for partners who can provide needed services for Lāna`i.

Brea Plum

Brea attended college at UT Austin. Some of her accomplishments have been PMI CAPM project management certification, Google Data Analytics certification, pursuing CHW competence certificate through Kapiolani Community College. She is passionate about the unhoused, food insecurity and LGBTQ rights. She volunteered at Micah 6 for ten years in Austin, Texas, and also volunteered at the Lāna’i Art Center before coming to LCHC. She has Two dogs (Niles and Slater), one human partner Patrick. She loves gardening, making jewelry and is a voracious reader. Her partner had a great career opportunity at the Four Seasons Manele Bay, and she loves being able to walk almost anywhere she needs to go, being part of the artists’ community, and the always mild weather.
