Nina Medeiros, MSF

Nina Medeiros is a highly skilled and dedicated member of the executive team, serving as the Chief Financial Officer/IT Director. Since joining the team in May 2016, Nina has brought a wealth of knowledge and expertise to her role, underpinned by a strong educational background. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Information System with a minor in Business Administration from Chaminade University of Honolulu and has recently advanced her qualifications with a Master of Science in Finance from the University of Arizona Global Campus.

Prior to her executive role, Nina spent nine years with the Four Seasons Resorts Lāna’i, where she cultivated a comprehensive background in Accounting/Finance. Her experience at the resort provided her with a deep understanding of financial operations within the hospitality industry, knowledge she now leverages in her current leadership position.

Nina’s commitment extends beyond her professional responsibilities to her local community. She is passionate about sports and dedicates her time to mentoring young athletes as the Assistant Coach for the Lāna’i High School Women’s Volleyball team. Through coaching, she plays a pivotal role in nurturing the development of the team members and fostering community spirit.

In her personal life, Nina’s enthusiasm for sports continues as she actively engages in volleyball and basketball. Her love for the outdoors is also evident in her pursuit of hunting, an activity that allows her to connect with nature. Above all, Nina cherishes the time she spends with her family—her husband, three boys, and their dog—valuing every opportunity to create lasting memories together.
