The Lāna'i Community Health Center’s mission is to take care of the community of Lāna`i by directly providing health services (primary care, dental, behavioral health and selected specialty services) to the community; providing activities and services through partnerships with local organizations as well as the many off-island organizations reaching out to Lāna`i by serving as coordinator, advocate, resource, initiator, and convener;
and working collaboratively to provide space for partners who can provide needed services for Lāna`i.

WOMEN’S HEALTH SERVICES OFFERED

PRENATAL CARE

  • Research shows that women who receive early prenatal care have better pregnancy outcomes.

IMMUNIZATIONS

  • You are never too old to get immunized.  Find out which   vaccines and screenings you might need.

PELVIC EXAMS AND PAP TESTS

  • Women 21 and older should have an annual Well Woman   Exam…have you had yours this year?

BREASTFEEDING GUIDANCE

  • See our Lactation Specialist for classes and support.

BREAST HEALTH

  • Clinical breast exam should be done at least once every 3 years…when was your last breast exam?

FAMILY PLANNING
