Welcome to Lāna`i Community Health Center

The Lāna'i Community Health Center’s mission is to take care of the community of Lāna`i by directly providing health services (primary care, dental, behavioral health and selected specialty services) to the community; providing activities and services through partnerships with local organizations as well as the many off-island organizations reaching out to Lāna`i by serving as coordinator, advocate, resource, initiator, and convener;
and working collaboratively to provide space for partners who can provide needed services for Lāna`i.

Telehealth

Visit Us From Home!

Lāna’i Community Health Center (LCHC) has one of the largest telehealth programs in Hawaii. Telehealth is a visit with your medical provider through our secure video software.  You can use a computer or mobile device, such as a cell phone or tablet, for your Telehealth visit. This can be a great option for certain appointment types, giving you easy access to care without having to come in to the health center in person. Telehealth visits are all secure and confidential.

  • Not all visits are eligible for telemedicine.
