The Lāna'i Community Health Center’s mission is to take care of the community of Lāna`i by directly providing health services (primary care, dental, behavioral health and selected specialty services) to the community; providing activities and services through partnerships with local organizations as well as the many off-island organizations reaching out to Lāna`i by serving as coordinator, advocate, resource, initiator, and convener;
and working collaboratively to provide space for partners who can provide needed services for Lāna`i.

Virtual Fitness Classes

Aloha wellness participants!   Its GO TIME! We are launching LCHC VIRTUAL FITNESS CLASSES on Monday, April 6th, 2020! Attached is the virtual fitness calendar.   There are 2 ways that we will be offering classes:

    1. Facebook from the profile “Lanai Fit Class”
    2. ZOOM Conference App
      • If you do not have the zoom app on your computer or phone, please take time to download it, which will make joining class simple and easy.
      • For Zoom, the best way we suggest joining a class through our email. (Noted Below) Down below are each class format. If you decide to join a class, click on the link and it will direct you to the meeting. If you click on the link and it asks for an ID, type in the ID# provided to you under the link.

New Fitness Check-In Software

Follow these simple steps:

  2. Click “Register”
  3. Fill out all information
  4. Read and sign waiver

Once you have registered online you can go to your phone app store and download “Wellness Living Achieve App”

August Class Changes

We are now offering TBC in the AM, Noon, and Evening format. Please check your calendar to see this change.

All weekday yoga classes are now at 4:30PM M-F.

Sound and Stretch class has moved to 10AM.
