Andrea Patrick is excited to join Lanai Community Health Center as the Director of Quality and Risk Manager. In this role, Andrea will focus on fostering a culture of continuous improvement, patient safety, and operational excellence. She is committed to working closely with healthcare teams to implement data-driven strategies which enhance care quality in supporting the mission of LCHC.
Andrea brings a vast and diverse set of experience and skills furnished over nine years in various healthcare roles: where she has developed and maintained a strong foundation in key areas of patient care, process improvement, and data analysis. Through her lived experience, education, and continued training, this places Andrea to be well-equipped in leading initiatives that drive excellence for LCHC.
Andrea holds a Bachelor of Science from the University of Wisconsin-Madison. Her passion for quality improvement is driven by a deep commitment to enhancing the patient’s experience and ensuring equitable access to high-quality healthcare for everyone.
As an avid and voracious reader, Andrea enjoys literature on leadership, healthcare innovation, and personal development. Continuing in her love of nature, Andrea loves to be outdoors and going to the beach. She loves to volunteer, and balances that with her continuing education for an MHA through Walden University.
