Welcome to Lāna`i Community Health Center

The Lāna'i Community Health Center’s mission is to take care of the community of Lāna`i by directly providing health services (primary care, dental, behavioral health and selected specialty services) to the community; providing activities and services through partnerships with local organizations as well as the many off-island organizations reaching out to Lāna`i by serving as coordinator, advocate, resource, initiator, and convener;
and working collaboratively to provide space for partners who can provide needed services for Lāna`i.

Lāna‘i Fitness Challenge 2023

This year, we are giving back because we can! LCHC will make a dollar-for-dollar match up to $3,000 of your monetary donation to the Hawaii Community Foundation’s “Maui Strong Fund” to help victims of the Maui Wildfires.

LCHC will host a one-day event to inspire the community and support the “Maui Strong Fund” with a 5k walk at Lanai Kinaole’s Health Fair at Dole Park on Saturday, October 28th. The 5k equals about seven laps around the park. Afterward, water and snacks will be provided.
