Randon Sanches

Currently Manager of Ricky’s Plumbing, his family’s plumbing business. Randon was born and raised on Lāna’I, and his alma mater is Lāna’i High and Elementary School, class of 2004.

His professional goal after taking over the family business is to provide more job opportunities for people on Lāna’i. He’s skilled in rapport building and problem solving. His personal goal is to become healthier, more fit and to play in more tennis tournaments.
