Welcome to Lāna`i Community Health Center

The Lāna'i Community Health Center's mission is to take care of the community of Lānai by directly providing health services (primary care, dental, behavioral health, and selected specialty services) to the community, providing activities and services through partnerships with local organizations as well as the many off-island organizations reaching out to Lānai by serving as coordinator, advocate, resource, initiator, and convener; and working collaboratively to provide space for partners who can provide needed services for Lāna'i.

Join us as we celebrate National Health Center Week and support quality healthcare and wellness in our community from Monday, August 14th -Friday, August 8th!

 First Responder’s  Day— Monday, August 14th

  • LCHC staff to express appreciation for EMTs, Maui Fire Dept, Police Dept and ER, etc.

Medical Health Screening Day— Tuesday, August 15th, 3:30—5pm

  • Free blood pressure screenings in front of Pine Isle Market
  • Medical health brochures/information

Oral Health Screening—Wednesday, August 16th

  • Measuring pH on patients, along with handouts for saliva acidity and prevention

LCHC Board Members Appreciation Day—Thursday, August 17th

  • Staff to express appreciation to LCHC board members

Children’s Health Day— Friday, August 18th

  • Keiki obstacle course and Prizes!!

 Events (except Tues) take place at 333 Sixth Street from 8am-12pm
