Designed to take the “work” out of your workout, Zumba® blends low-intensity and high-intensity moves for a fun, calorie-burning dance fitness session. Health benefits include a total body workout, muscle conditioning, balance, flexibility and increased energy.
TOTAL BODY CONDITION (TBC)
Total Body Conditioning (TBC) classes provide whole body workouts that focus equally on strength exercises, aerobic exercises, and endurance. The class combines cardiovascular and strength training segments to elevate your heart rate and boost fat burning potential.
WHOLE BODY STRETCH (WBS)
Do you have body stiffness? If so this is the class for you. Applying Yoga principles and other holistic methods from this class will loosen and stretch your body while relaxing your mind for the day ahead.
SILVER SNEAKERS Ages 65 and over
LCHC has partnered with Silver Sneakers to offer fitness classes at the Lana’i Senior Center. Classes offered at the senior center are as follows – Boom MOVE dance class, Chair Fitness, Chair Yoga, and Balance. Each class differs on intensity so please check the silver sneakers website for more info on each workout format.
