Welcome to Lāna`i Community Health Center

The Lāna'i Community Health Center’s mission is to take care of the community of Lāna`i by directly providing health services (primary care, dental, behavioral health and selected specialty services) to the community; providing activities and services through partnerships with local organizations as well as the many off-island organizations reaching out to Lāna`i by serving as coordinator, advocate, resource, initiator, and convener;
and working collaboratively to provide space for partners who can provide needed services for Lāna`i.

Becky Manuel

Becky is a key member of the Lanai Community Health Center (LCHC) team, where she serves as a Front Desk Representative. Her role is crucial in creating a welcoming and efficient environment for patients and visitors, ensuring their first point of contact with the health center is a positive experience.

Her educational journey took her to the University of Hawaii Maui Campus, where her dedication to health and wellness was recognized with an award from HOSA (Health Occupations Students of America). This accolade is a reflection of her commitment to excellence in the healthcare field and her passion for learning.

As a mother of two, Becky balances her professional responsibilities with a vibrant family life. She finds joy and rejuvenation in the outdoors, embracing the natural beauty of her surroundings.

Becky’s love for her cultural heritage shines through in her hobbies, which include dancing Tahitian and Hula. These traditional dances are not only a form of artistic expression but also a way for her to connect with her community and maintain a link to her cultural roots.

At LCHC, Becky’s warmth and expertise contribute to the supportive atmosphere that defines the health center. Her commitment to her work, family, and cultural practices make her a valued member of both her professional and local communities.
