Her career progression from research assistant and front desk representative to Medical Assistant, ECW Super User, and IT Coordinator has led to her current esteemed position as Medical Manager.

In her leadership role, Chelsea is a fervent advocate for patient-centered care, a philosophy that influences her daily interactions and management style. Her healthcare career began in Lahaina, Maui, in 2007 at West Maui Health Care Center, and since then, she has been on a path of continuous professional development. A Lahainaluna High School graduate, Chelsea’s early work experience includes positions at Doctor’s on Call and as a drink server at Kimo’s Restaurant on Front Street in Lahaina. Chelsea’s passion for movies, music, and the rich history of the island further deepens her connection to the community.

At home, Chelsea’s caring nature is evident in her devotion to her beloved pets: King the dog, Ninja the turtle, and an array of colorful fishes. These pets bring additional joy and companionship to her life.
