Welcome to Lāna`i Community Health Center

The Lāna'i Community Health Center’s mission is to take care of the community of Lāna`i by directly providing health services (primary care, dental, behavioral health and selected specialty services) to the community; providing activities and services through partnerships with local organizations as well as the many off-island organizations reaching out to Lāna`i by serving as coordinator, advocate, resource, initiator, and convener;
and working collaboratively to provide space for partners who can provide needed services for Lāna`i.

Allison Seales, Ph.D.

Dr. Seales is a Licensed Clinical Psychologist. Dr. Seales received her Master’s Degree in Speech and her Doctoral Degree in Clinical Psychology at the University of Hawai’i at Manoa. Dr. Seales completed a pre-doctoral internship at Tripler Army Medical Center and a post-doctoral fellowship with I Ola Lāhui and Na Pu’uwai on Moloka`i. Her interests include research on evidence-based practice, outreach and prevention methods, tobacco cessation, teaching, and increasing accessibility and availability of care in rural communities. She was born and raised on the island of O’ahu. In her free time, Dr. Seales enjoys spending time with her family, beach activities, and gardening.
