Faith Arruiza

Faith’s professional path at the Lanai Community Health Center (LCHC) has been characterized by her unwavering dedication and her innate potential. Starting as an Administrative and Finance Intern, she quickly demonstrated her capabilities and commitment. Her subsequent role as a Front Desk Representative allowed her to deepen her connection with the community, and she has since become a Medical Assistant, furthering her impact on patient care.

As a graduate of Lāna‘i High and Elementary School, Faith’s dedication to her education is unwavering. She has achieved certification as a nurse assistant and is looking forward to continuing her education in nursing at the University of Hawaii in Hilo. Her passion for healthcare and her desire to serve others are the driving forces behind her career choices.

Life on Lāna‘i brings Faith joy and companionship, not only from her beloved dog, Mars, and cat, Jack, but also from the island’s natural beauty. She enjoys reading, experiencing the island’s stunning sunsets, exploring new destinations, and immersing herself in music.

Faith’s decision to work at LCHC and remain on Lāna‘i is rooted in her love for the community that nurtured her. The island’s breathtaking scenery and the warmth of its close-knit atmosphere are constant reminders of her affection for her home.
