Welcome to Lāna`i Community Health Center

The Lāna'i Community Health Center’s mission is to take care of the community of Lāna`i by directly providing health services (primary care, dental, behavioral health and selected specialty services) to the community; providing activities and services through partnerships with local organizations as well as the many off-island organizations reaching out to Lāna`i by serving as coordinator, advocate, resource, initiator, and convener;
and working collaboratively to provide space for partners who can provide needed services for Lāna`i.

Nora Manuel

Nora Manuel joined Lāna’i Community Health Center in February 2020 as Facilities Housekeeper. She was born and raised in the Philippines and graduated in Urdaneta Community College as a Nursing Aid. She worked in Singapore for 7 years and Hong Kong for 4 years as a Domestic Helper. Then she immigrated to the United States in 2010. Nora worked at Four Seasons Resort Lāna’i for 7 years as a part time Room Attendant and recently worked at Lāna’i High and Elementary School as a Cafeteria Helper for 3 years. Currently she is working as a Custodian at Lāna’i High and Elementary School for almost 7 years. During her free time, she enjoys spending time with her family, cooking and going to the beach.
