Sara Haack, M.D., M.P.H, is a clinical psychiatrist with a specialty area in integrated care, or the delivery of mental health care in a primary care setting. She has acted as a psychiatric consultant to LCHC since 2018, primarily through a telehealth modality. She has been the Medical Director at LCHC since January 2024.
She received her medical degree from the University of Michigan Medical School, her Master of Public Health at The Johns Hopkins Bloomberg School of Public Health, and her psychiatry residency and integrated care fellowship at the University of Washington. Previously she was an Assistant Professor of psychiatry at the University of Hawai‘i John A. Burns School of Medicine, engaging in a variety of integrated care activities within both mental health and primary care settings. Currently she practices general psychiatry in an Oahu-based private practice. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her family, watching NPR Tiny Desk Concerts, and going on outdoor adventures with her kids.
