Welcome to Lāna`i Community Health Center

The Lāna'i Community Health Center’s mission is to take care of the community of Lāna`i by directly providing health services (primary care, dental, behavioral health and selected specialty services) to the community; providing activities and services through partnerships with local organizations as well as the many off-island organizations reaching out to Lāna`i by serving as coordinator, advocate, resource, initiator, and convener;
and working collaboratively to provide space for partners who can provide needed services for Lāna`i.

Tanisha Magaoay

In May 2017, Tanisha Magaoay became a Front Desk Representative for the Health Center. Prior to joining LCHC, Tanisha was employed with Pulama Lāna’i as a Transportation Department receptionist from  2013 through 2015. Tanisha earned an Associate of Applied Science degree, along with a certificate of achievement in Business Careers from the University of Hawai’i, Maui. She also received a certificate of competence in entrepreneurship, marketing, and supervision. While a team member at LCHC, she is also a part-time reservation and booth attendant at Expeditions Ferry. When not working, Tanisha spends her time with her children at the beach or fishing.
