Jon J. Cisneros, Doctor of Clinical Psychology and Post-Doctoral Psychology Fellow, Joins Lānaʻi Community Health Center’s Team of Behavioral Health Providers
Lānaʻi, Hawaii (DATE xx, 2018) Lānaʻi Community Health Center (LCHC) welcomes Jon (J.J.) Cisneros, PsyD (doctor of clinical psychology) and post-doctoral psychology fellow, to its team of behavioral health providers. Dr. Cisneros earned his bachelor’s degree from University of California, San Diego, and his master’s and doctoral degrees in clinical psychology from Hawai’i School of Professional Psychology at Argosy University. In addition, he has completed class work in Applied Behavior Analysis at the Florida Institute of Technology.

Dr. Cisneros brings with him experience in court-ordered assessment, severe mental illness, depression, developmental disorders, health psychology, and work with rural populations in Hawai’i. His APA accredited internship with I Ola Lahui (focused on integrated behavioral health services) gave him the opportunity to work for a year on the island of Moloka’i as well as collaborate with employees at Kalaupapa during that time. He is most passionate about evidence-based work with children and parents, and working with survivors of trauma.
LCHC’s mission is to take care of the community of Lānaʻi.
